    iPhone 14 series

The much-awaited iPhone 14 series has finally arrived! And while we’re anything but disappointed, this year’s iPhone line-up is a bit confusing due to the feature disparity. If you want to buy one of the new iPhone 14 models but are wondering which one to pick, we can help you make the right choice.

iPhone 14 Pro Max vs iPhone 14 Pro

Apple has released 4 iPhone models this year: iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. iPhone 14 Pro Max represents an upward push for Apple with massive updates to the camera and software. It’s big in every sense of the word, from its size and storage to its processor and battery life – in fact, it performs any task you throw at it without breaking a sweat.

It out-specs the iPhone 14 Pro with a larger screen and better battery life, and even though the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro are identical in size, the pro version has more advanced camera specs and chipset.

One aesthetic change is immediately apparent – Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro Max and Pro have a new feature called the “Always On” display. Instead of quietly going to sleep, the new models leave the home screen on in low-light mode. Does this consume more battery? Yes. How much? Not enough to worry about.

Price-wise, the iPhone 14 Pro Max is more expensive (with a starting price of CAD 1549) than the 14 Pro which is priced at CAD 1399.

iPhone 14 vs iPhone 14 Plus

There are a few main differences between iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. The latter has a larger screen (6.1 inch vs 6.7 inch) giving users a better experience when viewing pictures or videos. It also has a superior battery life since it features a larger battery to compensate for the extra features and bigger display.

In all other aspects, the two phones are pretty much the same, but they differ in size, battery life, and price. iPhone 14 Plus is more expensive, with a starting price of CAD 1249, while 14 is priced more on the lower end of the spectrum at CAD 1099.

To sum it up, 14 Plus offers a mid-point between the basic iPhone 14 and the more expensive, high-tech iPhone 14 Pro.

    Conclusion

The best iPhone 14 model is obviously going to vary from person to person. For those of you who want a larger phone, the iPhone 14 Plus seems to offer a good balance between performance and price. If, however, you want the top-of-the-line device with extra features and massively improved camera specs, the Pro models are the ideal choice for you.
